One glass pitcher (preferably clear, or cobalt blue) fill the pitcher with distilled or filtered water add crystals ....

Allow 24 to 48 hours for crystal elixir to become fully charged
drink a small juice glass size of the crystal elixir once a day
when the pitcher is half-full, add more distilled or filtered water, allow 12 hours to fully re-charge

1 Lapis Lazuli or Blue Lace Agate (tumbled)
